During HPV2017, IPVS members were invited to the IPVS General Assembly. Silvia de Sanjosé, IPVS President, provided an overview of society business and reported on the key activities including 2015-2016.

It was also the occasion to welcome incoming members in the IPVS Board of Directors: Prof. Marc Steben and Karen Canfell, local Chair of the forthcoming IPV Conference in Sydney in 2018.
Silvia de Sanjosé extended her sincere thanks on behalf of the IPVS Board to IPVS Directors rotating off the Board for their involvement over the past years: Bettie Steinberg, Cosette Wheeler, Christine Clavel, Marc Arbyn, Denise Galloway, Eduardo Franco.
