IPVS is pleased to introduce Scientific Interest Groups (SIGs), a new member benefit that brings together professionals who share a common scientific focus.
SIGs are focused spaces where members can exchange expertise, identify gaps in current evidence, debate emerging findings and help define research priorities. Their work can directly inform research proposals, study designs, consortium formation and clinical guidelines. SIGs also give early career researchers access to senior experts and visibility within their field.
The first four SIGs are:
- Global HPV Laboratory Network, chaired by Laila Sara Arroyo Mühr and co-chaired by Kate Cuschieri
- HPV 6/11: Biology and Clinical Impact, chaired by Simon Best and co-chaired by Michelle Ozbun
- HPV-BRIDGE, a biomarker roadmap for implementing diagnostics, guidance and evaluation, chaired by Belinda Nedjai and co-chaired by Renske Steenbergen
- Social, Behavioral, and Implementation Sciences (SBIS), chaired by Heather Brandt and co-chaired by Prajakta Adsul
How to join
SIGs are open to current IPVS members year-round, and you can join as many as you like. To apply, email info@ipvsoc.org with your CV and a statement of interest.
